Episcopal Church A B C's (and other letters as well)

The Episcopal Church, like many a widespread entity, has many books, programs, departments, organizations, associations and affilations. For the sake of brevity many are reduced to acronyms: EFM, EPF, ECW to name a few.

Many of us have heard the initials but not all of us know what the initials stand for. So, for the sake of clarity and information, More or Less Church will run a series - giving you the ENTIRE name that an acronym represents, plus a website or an article which will give a good sampling of the purpose and work of that organization, program, association or affiliation.

If anyone requests it, all the specific names given to various sections of a church building will be posted here for reference! More or Less Church at your service. Keep an eye out for postings and if you have specific questions or requests, just send them on to molc@geraniumfarm.org.
