Where does a young person fit into the Church?

We talk a good game about how 'our youth is the Church of the future' - forgetting that our youth is the Church NOW. Here is a group worth looking into, giving structure, goals, an identity and support in their journey into adulthood and fulfilling their baptismal vows in a particular way.
